Custom College Jerseys

Your name, your number, your fit. Custom jerseys are made to order in our own workshop and shipped with the same tracking and support as everything else we sell.

Short answer: Two easy ways to order: leave the name and number you want in the customisation box or order note at checkout, or simply place the order and email us the name and number with your order number. We produce it in 3–7 business days before dispatch. Need a size that is not on the chart? Send your height and three measurements and we will make it to fit. Custom jerseys are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty.

What you can customise

Name and number
Any name up to 12 characters and any number from 0 to 99. Player combinations listed on the product page work too.
Custom sizing
Off the chart? Send us your height plus chest, waist and hip measurements and we will grade the jersey to you. Great for taller, broader and smaller-than-average fans.
Restock requests
Sold out in your size? Email us — most styles can be restocked, and many can be produced on request.
Lettering styles
Heat-applied or sublimated graphics as standard, with stitched twill on the listings that say so. Whatever the listing shows is what gets produced.

Two ways to tell us what you want

Whichever is easier for you — both get the same result.

Option 1 — leave it at checkout

Fill in the customisation box on the product page, or write it in the order note at checkout, in this format:

Name: your name or nickname (up to 12 characters)
Number: any number from 0 to 99

Double-check the spelling — what you type is what gets produced.

Option 2 — place the order, then email us

Checkout first, then email cfjservice@outlook.com with your order number plus the name and number you want. Something like:

“Order #12345 — please put MORGAN and 07 on the back.”

We confirm by email before anything goes into production, so you get a chance to check the spelling.

No personalisation box on the listing? Just order it and email us — Option 2 works on any jersey we sell.

How to order

  1. Pick your jersey. Find your school, sport and size. Listings that support personalisation show a name and number option.
  2. Tell us the name and number. Leave it in the customisation box or order note at checkout — or order first and email cfjservice@outlook.com with your order number and what you want on the back.
  3. Custom size? Email us. Send your height and chest, waist and hip measurements plus the jersey you want, and we confirm the fit plan before production.
  4. We confirm and produce. We check your details, then make it to order in 3–7 business days before dispatch.
  5. Wear it. Wash it cold, inside out, no tumble dryer — see the care guide and the graphics stay sharp for seasons.

Production and delivery

StageTime
Production3–7 business days (made to order)
DeliveryStandard 7–15 business days or Express 5–7 business days, from dispatch — see the shipping policy

The customisation charge, if a listing has one, is shown on the product page before you pay. You will get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed and a tracking number the moment it ships.

Returns on custom jerseys

Made-to-order jerseys are produced just for you, so they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or size exchanges. They are fully covered if something is our fault:

  • Wrong name or number that does not match your order — we remake it at our cost.
  • Manufacturing faults — seams, prints or lettering that fail under normal wear — are put right, well beyond the return window under our 365-day guarantee.
  • Fit problems with a custom-size order — email us a photo and your measurements and we will work out a fix with you.

Please check your confirmation email straight after ordering. If the name or number is wrong, email us immediately — before production starts, we can still change it.

Why the quality holds up

Custom graphics are applied on the same benches you see above, in the same workshop that fulfils every order — not outsourced. Lettering is cut and pressed to match the team font of each program, and every jersey is checked against your order before it goes in the box. Care is simple: the rules on our size and care guides were written from the same process.

Frequently asked questions

How do I order a custom jersey with my name and number?

Two ways. Either fill in the customisation box or write the name and number in the order note at checkout, or place the order and email cfjservice@outlook.com with your order number plus the name (up to 12 characters) and number (0–99) you want. We confirm the details before production, so check the spelling.

There is no customisation box on the jersey I want. Can I still customise it?

Yes. Just place the order and email cfjservice@outlook.com with your order number and the name and number you want on the back. Email works for any jersey we sell.

How long does a custom jersey take?

Custom jerseys are made to order and take 3–7 business days to produce before dispatch. Delivery then takes 7–15 business days on Standard shipping or 5–7 on Express, counted from dispatch.

Can I order a jersey in a size that is not on the size chart?

Yes. Email us your height and your chest, waist and hip measurements along with the jersey you want, and we will grade it to your measurements and confirm the fit plan before production starts.

Can I return a custom jersey?

Custom and personalised jerseys are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or size exchanges because they are made just for you. They are fully covered if the name or number does not match your order or if there is a manufacturing fault.

Can I put any name and number on a jersey?

You can choose your own name, a nickname and any number from 0 to 99, or a combination listed on the product page. We cannot produce names or numbers that infringe someone else's rights or contain offensive content.

Does customising a jersey cost extra?

If a listing carries a customisation charge, it is shown on the product page before you pay. Custom sizing by email carries no extra charge beyond the jersey itself.

What is neoprene?

Neoprene is a flexible, high-performance, and water-resistant synthetic materialknown for its durability and comfort. In StrideOn products, it acts like a lightweight, scuba-like fabric that’s built to move with you — whether you're commuting, traveling, or exploring the city.

Why does StrideOn use neoprene in its products?

We chose neoprene for its unique combination of strength, flexibility, and style. It’s water-resistant, easy to clean, and offers excellent shock absorption and cushioning, which helps protect your belongings and keeps you comfortable during long days on the go. Plus, its sleek, smooth texture gives StrideOn designs a sporty yet chic aesthetic.

Is neoprene waterproof?

Neoprene is water-resistant, meaning it can repel light moisture and spills, making it ideal for everyday use in unpredictable weather or urban environments. While it’s not fully submersible like a wetsuit, it performs exceptionally well against rain splashes, light rain, and accidental spills.

Is neoprene easy to clean?

Yes — one of the best things about neoprene is how low-maintenanceit is. Most dirt, dust, or light stains can be wiped away easily with a damp cloth and mild soap. Its smooth surface resists absorbing liquids, which helps it stay looking clean and fresh with minimal effort.

Does neoprene provide padding or protection for my belongings?

Absolutely. Neoprene has natural shock-absorbing and cushioning properties, which help protect your items inside StrideOn bags or cases. Whether it’s your laptop, tablet, or daily essentials, neoprene-lined compartments offer a soft yet secure fit that helps prevent bumps and scratches.

How does neoprene feel to the touch / against my skin?

Neoprene has a smooth, soft, and slightly luxe feelto it. It’s not rough or scratchy — instead, it offers a comfortable, flexible feel against your skin (in items like straps or inner linings) and gives StrideOn products a modern, athletic-meets-fashionable edge.

Do StrideOn shoes with neoprene or other materials provide arch support?

Yes, many StrideOn shoes, including those that may incorporate neoprene or other high-performance materials, are designed with ergonomic footbeds that offer excellent arch support. We understand the importance of proper foot alignment, especially for those who spend long hours on their feet or have specific comfort needs.

Our arch support featureshelp distribute weight evenly, reduce foot fatigue, and promote natural posture. Whether you're managing plantar fasciitis, standing all day, or simply looking for all-day comfort, our shoes are engineered to provide the stability and cushioning your arches need. For specific support levels, please refer to the product description or consult our customer service team to find the best match for your foot type.
