Short answer: send us your roster — one line per player with name, number and size — and we build every jersey to order in 3–7 business days, then ship with Standard delivery in 7–15 business days (free on orders over $49.99) or Express in 5–7 business days ($15.99). Every jersey can carry a different name and number at no extra per-letter charge. Regular jerseys run about $42.99–$77.99; group size and mix determine the final quote, which we send by email within 24 hours.
How a group order works
- Pick the jersey and sport. Football, basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, hockey, volleyball or lacrosse — pick the cut you want first: Custom Name & Number jerseys are the usual choice for groups.
- Send the roster. One line per player: name / number / size / sport. A spreadsheet, a screenshot or a plain email list all work. Sizes run Youth, Men’s, Women’s, Unisex and Toddler, so a family or mixed-age squad is fine.
- Confirm the mockup. We reply within 24 hours with availability, the layout of the names and numbers, and the final price for the whole order.
- Production, then dispatch. Jerseys are made to order in 3–7 business days. Once approved, we ship and email a free tracking number for the parcel.

Pricing and shipping for group orders
Single jerseys are about $42.99 for youth sizes, $47.99–$69.99 for Unisex and Men’s, and around $77.99 for lacrosse. Group orders are quoted on the full roster — the size mix, the number of jerseys and the styles you choose all affect the total — so we price them by email rather than guessing here. What never changes: free shipping on orders over $49.99 (US$5.00 below that), US$15.99 Express, no sales tax, and a free tracking number on every order. We ship to the US, Canada and Mexico, most of Europe and Asia, most of South America, Australia and New Zealand.
Group order questions
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum — two jerseys or forty are both fine. Larger orders simply take longer to produce, which we confirm with you before you pay. Email the roster to cfjservice@outlook.com and we will tell you the realistic dispatch date for your size of order.
Can every jersey have a different name and number?
Yes — that is the whole point of a roster order. Send one line per player and each jersey is printed with that player’s own name and number. There is no extra charge for different names within the same order.
How long does a 20-jersey order take?
Budget 3–7 business days for production of a custom order, then 7–15 business days for Standard delivery or 5–7 business days for Express ($15.99). For a fixed event date, tell us the date in your first email and we will confirm whether it is achievable before you order.
Can group or custom jerseys be returned?
Custom jerseys printed with your names and numbers are made specifically for you, so they are not returnable unless there is a quality problem or a mistake on our side — in that case we remake or refund, and our 30-day policy covers you. Sizing is the one thing worth checking twice: see the Jersey Size Guide before you send the roster, and we offer 365-day after-sales support on every order.
