Information we collect

Order information

Name, email address, delivery address, phone number and order contents — collected at checkout so we can ship your order and reach you about it.

Payment information

Payments are processed by our payment service provider. We never receive or store your full card number; we only see the payment status and the last digits needed for refunds.

Communications

Emails you send us (including order numbers, photos and measurements) so we can help you, and our replies, for as long as needed to resolve the matter.

Device and usage data

IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and improve it.

Custom order details

The name, number or measurements you give us for a custom jersey — used to produce the item and kept with your order history.

How we use your information

• Fulfilling orders — processing payment, producing and shipping your jersey, and sending order, dispatch and tracking emails.
• Supporting you — answering sizing, return and after-sales questions, including the 365-day support that comes with every order.
• Improving the store — understanding which pages and products are useful, and fixing what is not.
• Marketing, only if you opt in — occasional emails about new teams, restocks and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
• Fraud prevention and legal compliance — protecting the store and customers, and meeting our record-keeping obligations.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the parties needed to run the store, and only for the purposes above:

• Shipping carriers — name, address and phone, so your parcel arrives.
• Payment service providers — payment details, to take and refund payments.
• Email service providers — your email address, to send order and support messages.
• Production partners — the custom name, number or measurements needed to produce a made-to-order jersey.
• Authorities — where the law requires it or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep the cart working, to remember your preferences, and to understand (in aggregate) how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the store will keep working, though some features such as keeping items in your cart may be affected.

Your rights and choices

• Access, correct or delete your personal information — email us and we will action it. Deletion requests are honoured except where we must keep records for tax or legal reasons.
• Marketing opt-out — unsubscribe from any email, or tell us by email.
• California residents — you have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
• EEA / UK residents — you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Retention and security

Order records are kept for as long as needed for tax, warranty (365-day after-sales support) and dispute purposes, then deleted or anonymised. We protect your data with encryption in transit, access limited to the people who need it, and payment handled entirely by our certified payment provider.

Children

The store is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Parents who believe a child has provided information should email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Material changes will be flagged on the site or by email.
