Two shipping options, tracked on every order. Delivery times below are in business days and start from the day your order ships.

Processing time is counted in business days from the moment your payment clears, and excludes weekends and public holidays. Delivery time starts from the day we hand the parcel to the carrier.

- Oceania — Australia and New Zealand
The options available to your address are shown at checkout before you pay. If your country is not listed there, email cfjservice@outlook.com and we will tell you what is possible.
How the process works
- Order placed. You get a confirmation email with your order number.
- Processing. Your jersey is picked, checked and packed — 1–3 business days for in-stock items, 3–7 business days for custom and personalised jerseys.
- Dispatch. We hand the parcel to the carrier and email your tracking number.
- In transit. Track the parcel any time using the link in your dispatch email.
- Delivered. If something looks wrong, email us — returns are free within 30 days and every order is backed by 365 days of support.

- Every order ships with a tracking number, at no extra cost.
- Business days
- Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Multiple items
- Items in the same order may ship separately depending on stock location. You will get a tracking number for each parcel.
- Address changes
- Email us as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot redirect it.
- Delays
- Peak periods and customs clearance can add time. If your parcel is past the estimate, email us and we will chase the carrier.

Standard shipping is US$5.00 on orders under US$49.99 and free on orders of US$49.99 and above. Express shipping is a flat US$15.99.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days and Express takes 5–7 business days, counted from the day your order is dispatched. Before that, in-stock orders take 1–3 business days to process and custom jerseys take 3–7 business days.
How soon will my order ship after I pay?
In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of your payment clearing. Custom and personalised jerseys take 3–7 business days, because they are made to order.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to North America (United States, Canada and Mexico), most European countries, most countries in Asia and South America, plus Australia and New Zealand.
Do you ship with tracking?
Yes. Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email once the parcel is dispatched.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Email us immediately with your order number. We can change the address while the order is still being processed, but not after dispatch.
What if my order is late?
If your parcel is past the delivery estimate, email us with your order number and we will contact the carrier and report back.
