Order Tracking

Track Your College Fan Jersey Order

Every order ships with free tracking. Here is where to find your tracking number, when it starts updating, and what to do if it looks stuck.

Short answer: your tracking number is emailed the moment your jersey ships — usually within 1–3 business days for in-stock jerseys and 3–7 business days for custom name & number jerseys. Delivery then takes 7–15 business days with Standard shipping (free on orders over $49.99) or 5–7 business days with Express ($15.99). No tracking update for 72 hours is normal; if there is still no movement after 10 days, email cfjservice@outlook.com and we reply within 24 hours.

Track your parcel now

Enter the tracking number from your dispatch email and we will open the live carrier result in a new tab.

CARRIER: FSQH Results open on 17TRACK in a new tab.

Not found yet? Try the same number with carrier auto-detect, or email cfjservice@outlook.com.

About your tracking number. It is in the dispatch email we send when your parcel leaves our workshop, and it is not the same as your order number. Most jerseys travel with FSQH, which is why the carrier is pre-set above — leave it as it is unless we told you otherwise. A brand new number can take 24–72 hours to show its first scan, so a result of “not found” on day one usually just means the carrier has not scanned it yet.

How to track your order

  1. Find your tracking number. It is in the shipping confirmation email we send the moment your parcel leaves our workshop — then paste it into the tracking box at the top of this page. Check spam or promotions if you do not see it within 24 hours of dispatch.
  2. Open your order. Use the tracking link in that email — everything you need to follow the parcel is in the dispatch email we sent you, and there is no account to log into.
  3. Allow 24–72 hours for the first scan. Carriers usually take one to three days to show the first movement after a parcel is handed over. This is normal and does not mean your order has not shipped.

When does my order ship and arrive?

Custom name & number jerseys are made to order, so they always take the longer 3–7 business day build window before a tracking number exists. That is normal production time, not a delay.

Tracking problems and what they mean

My tracking number has not updated for days

No movement for the first 72 hours is normal. Around peak periods and international handovers it can take 3–5 days for the first scan. If nothing changes after 10 calendar days, email cfjservice@outlook.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier for you.

Can I change my shipping address after dispatch?

Before dispatch, yes — email us and we will update it. After dispatch the address is locked by the carrier, but you may still be able to redirect the parcel with the carrier directly using your tracking number. Tell us as early as you can either way.

My parcel says delivered but nothing arrived

Check the porch, mailbox, neighbours and any parcel locker first — most "missing" parcels turn up within 24 hours. If it is still missing after two days, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we will open a claim with the carrier and get a replacement or refund moving.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. We ship to the US, Canada and Mexico, most of Europe and Asia, most of South America, plus Australia and New Zealand. Every international order ships with tracking. Any import duty or tax is set by your country and is the customer's responsibility.

Still need help?

Email cfjservice@outlook.com with your order number and we reply within 24 hours. For delivery windows by destination, see our Shipping Policy. If the size is wrong when it arrives, our 30-day free returns and size exchanges cover you, and the Jersey Size Guide helps you order the right one first time.

Where your tracking number comes from

Tracking is sent by email to the address you used at checkout, the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier. There is no account to log into and no dashboard to check — if you have the dispatch email, you have everything you need.

The dispatch email
Contains your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page. If it is not in your inbox within 24 hours of the “shipped” notice, check the spam, promotions and updates tabs first — automated shipping mail is the most commonly filtered message there is.
Order number vs tracking number
These are two different things. Your order number identifies the purchase on our side; your tracking number identifies the parcel with the carrier. Quote both when you email us and we can look at either end.
More than one parcel
Items in a single order can ship from different stock locations. When that happens you get one dispatch email per parcel, each with its own tracking number, and they can arrive days apart.

What each tracking status actually means

Carrier wording varies, but the scan names below cover what you will see on virtually any tracking page. Reading them correctly saves a lot of unnecessary worry.

Label created / Pre-shipmentWe have registered the parcel and printed the label, but the carrier has not scanned it into their network yet.Nothing. First scan normally appears within 24–72 hours.

Six problems, and the fix for each

I paid days ago and there is still no tracking number

In-stock jerseys are processed in 1–3 business days and custom name & number jerseys in 3–7 business days, counted from the moment payment clears and excluding weekends and public holidays. Business days matter here: an order placed late Friday is not overdue on Monday. If you are past the processing window for your item type, email us and we will tell you exactly where it is.

My tracking number says “not found”

This is almost always a timing issue — the number exists before the carrier’s public page indexes it. Wait 24 hours and check again, and copy the number directly out of the email rather than retyping it, since 0/O and 1/I are easy to mix up. Still dead after 48 hours? Email us and we will verify the number against our dispatch record.

My parcel has not moved in over a week

No movement for 72 hours is routine. Past 10 calendar days with no new scan is not. Email us with your order and tracking number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier — you do not need to call them yourself, and we keep chasing until there is an answer.

It says delivered, but there is nothing here

Check the porch, mailbox, any parcel locker or front-desk, and ask neighbours — the majority of “missing” parcels turn up within 24 hours of the scan. If it is still gone after two days, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we will file a carrier claim and get a replacement or refund moving.

I gave the wrong address

Before dispatch we can change it — email us the correct address straight away. After dispatch the address is locked by the carrier, but you can often redirect or hold the parcel yourself using the tracking number on the carrier’s site. Tell us either way so we can back you up if it comes back to us.

My international parcel is stuck in customs

Customs clearance sits outside the delivery estimate and is driven by your country’s process. If the carrier needs extra information or duty from you, they will contact you directly — watch for that message, because unclaimed parcels eventually get returned. Any import duty or tax is set by your country and is the customer’s responsibility.

What to send us when a parcel goes wrong

One email is enough to start an investigation. Include these four things and we can usually resolve it in a single exchange:

  • Your order number — it is in your confirmation email.
  • The email address used at checkout — this lets us find the order even if the number is mistyped.
  • Your tracking number — copy it from the dispatch email rather than retyping.
  • A photo, if something is damaged or wrong — one clear shot of the item and one of the packaging.
We reply to every email within 24 hours, seven days a week. If a parcel is genuinely lost, we replace it or refund it — you are never left chasing the carrier on your own, and you are covered for a full 365 days after delivery.
