The rules for using College Fan Jersey: what we sell, how orders and payments work, and where our responsibilities start and end. Plain language throughout.
1. The agreement
These terms are the agreement between you and College Fan Jersey (“CFJ”, “we”, “us”) for using www.collegefanjersey.com and buying from it. By placing an order or using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. Questions: cfjservice@outlook.com.
2. What we sell — important
We sell fan-version college jerseys and fan apparel. Our products are not officially licensed by the NCAA, its member institutions, conferences or their licensors, and nothing on this site claims affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from any university, team, athlete or league. Team names, logos and insignia displayed in connection with our products remain the property of the respective universities and licensors. Colors shown on screen may vary slightly between devices and from the physical product.
3. Orders and payment
- An order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an item (for example, a stock error), we cancel that item and refund it in full.
- Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any import duties or taxes your country may charge.
- Payment is taken through our payment service provider at checkout. If a price is obviously wrong (a misplaced decimal), we will contact you before charging or will cancel and refund.
4. Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days (3–7 for custom and personalised items) and shipped to the regions listed on our shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates in business days, not guarantees. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in your country are your responsibility.
5. Returns and the 365-day guarantee
Returns and size exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags (see the returns and exchanges policy). Every order carries 365 days of after-sales support, which covers manufacturing faults, sizing help and lost-parcel chasing after the return window closes.
6. Custom and personalised jerseys
Made-to-order jerseys are produced to the exact name, number or measurements you supply. Please check your details before paying: custom items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or size exchanges, but they are fully covered when the produced item does not match your order or has a manufacturing fault. You confirm that the name, number or wording you supply does not infringe anyone else's rights and is not offensive.
7. Accounts and acceptable use
- You must be at least 18 years old to buy, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
- Do not misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no fraudulent orders, no interference with the store's operation, and no misrepresentation of our products as officially licensed.
- Reviews and photos you send us may be published on the site; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them in connection with the product.
8. Intellectual property
The College Fan Jersey name, logo, site design, written content and product photography are owned by CFJ and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission. All third-party trademarks (including university names, logos and conference marks) belong to their respective owners and are used in a nominative, descriptive sense to identify the team each fan-version product represents.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties not stated in these terms or in the product description. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. These limits do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator of the store is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Email us first — almost everything can be resolved with one message. Where they apply, consumers may also use the courts of their home country.
11. Changes and contact

Frequently asked questions
Are these jerseys officially licensed?
No. College Fan Jersey sells fan-version jerseys made for supporters. They are not licensed by the NCAA, its member institutions or their licensors, and team names and logos remain the property of the respective universities and licensors.
When is my order confirmed?
When you receive our order confirmation email. If an item cannot be fulfilled, for example due to a stock error, we cancel that item and refund it in full.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are not included and are your responsibility.
Can I return a custom jersey?
Custom and personalised jerseys are made to your exact specification, so they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or size exchanges. If the produced item does not match your order, or has a manufacturing fault, we put it right at our cost.
Which law applies to these terms?
The laws of the jurisdiction where the operator of the store is established. Email us first if something goes wrong — most issues are resolved with a single message.
